Port to Mupen64Plus v2.0

One of the project's goals is "make Android port"Since "Mupen64Plus, Android Edition" is based on "Mupen64Plus v2.0",  I have to port my plugin to Mupen64Plus v2.0 first. Today my very incomplete and probably incorrect port started to work. This port took much more of my time than the previous port to Mupen64. Undefined references, missing exports etc. Nevertheless, it works now. New step to the goal is done.

  1. Try looking at google cache or wayback machine if you can't find the API, or the wiki is down.

    1. Or just download Mupen64Plus source code. It has everything.

  3. Thanks, I don't need help. I'm working alone, thus repo/code is not available.

  4. Great news! Is there much more work required to get it into the Android version, or is that straightforward now?

  5. It's too early to talk about it. I just learned to build Mupen64Plus AE from sources.
I foresee problems with port to OGLES since my current work requires OGL 4+
I'm afraid, it will not be straightforward.

  6. I see. Good luck! And I hope you will not choose the easy way and only port to OGLES 3.0 devices instead of 2.0 ;)

    1. I'm not looking for easy way. The ultimate goal is to make it working on my 2 years old tablet. This is the challenge!

Will see, may be I'll just buy a new tablet :)
